Do you build ADUS, remodels or additions?

Our primary business is custom-built new construction. We occasionally take on remodel/retrofit projects here in Central Oregon. In our mission to accelerate the construction of sustainable high-performance homes of all sizes, Solaire Homebuilders is one of the few Earth Advantage Accredited ADU Specialists here in Central Oregon.

Where does Solaire build homes?

We build in all three counties in Central Oregon: Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook.

We currently have projects underway from Crooked River Ranch to the cities of Redmond and Bend, and into Sunriver, Oregon.

Do you have spec homes available for sale and can I buy a lot from you?

Solaire Homebuilders exclusively builds custom homes on customers’ purchased land/lot. We do not build spec homes. Each of our homes is designed and sited to optimize the solar access for each client’s home site.

Site the house to take advantage of solar access, both passive and active, while maximizing views, aesthetics, and your other goals for your homesite.

Energy conservation comes first in design. From the beginning of our design process, we save as much energy as we can.

Air tightness – superior air-seal package included with every home.
Insulation – technologically-advanced insulation for comfort.
Wall thickness – 6”, 8” and 10” framed walls are available.
Windows – High performance and thoughtfully placed to maximize light and minimize heat gain and loss.

We install energy efficient appliances, lighting, and HVAC to minimize the energy load.

Water conservation and air quality.

Water-efficient plumbing fixtures.
Energy Recovery Ventilator ensures clean, fresh air balanced throughout your home.
HEPA filtration available for advanced air quality performance.

Power from the sun.

We work with Earth Advantage and our solar-energy partners to determine how much power we need from the sun to get to zero.
