Mike O'Neil

In 1995, Mike founded SolAire to provide home buyers with energy efficient, passive and active solar residential home products. Over the last 32 years, Mike has had broad building experience in all aspects of residential custom home construction including log homes, historic restoration, home remodel, and efficient production building techniques. He is a past president of the Central Oregon Builders Association, and currently has local and state leadership of the local Building Green Council. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and loves hunting, fishing, and backpacking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. |

Cindi O'Neil

For over 25 years, Cindi has dedicated her life to natural resource conservation and protection. Her Master's Degree in Plant Ecology from the University of Montana led her to protecting natural habitats for rare species for the Nature Conservancy and then later working for sustainable forest practices with the US Forest Service here in Oregon. Public relations, financial management, fundraising, field research, deep ecology, and leadership of interdisciplinary teams were all part of her past experince prior to coming to SolAire. Green building,working with customers and the talented SolAire team is a natural fit. Cindi enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, nordic skiing and anything associated with the out of doors. |

Mike Ardeljan

Mike Ardeljan has joined SolAire Homebuilders as the Construction Manager for custom home and home remodel divisions. Mike grew up in the home building industry in southern California and brings substantial experience to SolAire. He has an Associates Degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and brings a decade of experience in residential design and construction to the company. He has recently redesigned and remodeled his own home and looks forward to bringing these dual talents to SolAire. Mike moved to Bend from southern California with his wife and have welcomed a new baby boy to the family. Not surprising his hobbies include golf, snowboarding and fly fishing; a real home run in Central Oregon.

Peter Grube

Peter was born and raised in Oregon and has lived with his wife and two children in Bend for the past 8 years. A graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, he is committed to responsible development, respect for natural and built environments, and helping people realize their dream of a high quality, healthy, “green” home in paradise. When not at SolAire, you may cross paths with Peter playing with his family in one of the local parks, on a mountain bike trail west of town, or sniffing out the best powder stashes on the back side of Mt. Bachelor. |

Camille Scott
|
Camille brings eleven years of extensive home building and customer service experience to SolAire. She excells at project management and obtaining the best pricing and best value for customer selections. Her primary role is to guide home buyers through their home selections prior to construction. The best part of her job: " Working with our customers and making the selection and building experience fun!" Camille keeps accurate and careful track of all the myriad of selections in each custom home and home remodel project. We like to think of her as the glue to every successful project. Recently Camille completed the Sustainable Building Advisor course at COCC. A perfect day for Camille on her time off is hiking with family, friends and her two golden retreivers. |
